Reiki Level I
Reiki “Rei” means “Universal” and “ki” means Energy, therefore Reiki is a Universal Healing Energy that is all around us and is available to all.
When you learn Reiki you become attuned to the energy, helping you to act as a channel for yourself, for others, animals, plants and much more – all of this is covered in the Level I training.
Learning Reiki at the first level is more about you than what you can offer to anyone else. The first person you “treat” is yourself.
This is a 2 day course (7 hours each day) which includes:
