Indian Head Massage is a seated massage of your upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face.

Sara offers a gentle massage and uniquely moves you to her therapy couch for the face massage aspect of the session – this is always the last part allowing you to totally relax and many of her clients fall to sleep.

Once you are on the couch, Sara is also happy to offer you Reiki for this part of your session at no extra cost (unless you wish to extend the time).

The first session always includes the completion of a consultation form (no extra cost) but adds 5 to 10 minutes to the first session time.

An Indian Head Massage session lasts about 45 minutes at a Cost of £44

If you wish to extend your session to include and extra 15 minutes of Reiki the cost is £54

Sessions are available from 9am – 7.30pm (start time) Monday to Friday at Sara’s Therapy Rooms in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Sara has discovered that she can offer the energies of an Indian head Massage via Video call. Using the energy of Reiki as a carrier, Sara uses a large teddy bear on which she does the Indian Head Massage offering the energy to you while you lie back and relax.

Those who have experienced it have felt the energy and have had more sessions.

The cost of these sessions is only £29
