Love the Elixir of Life
By Sara Jane
What is an Elixir?
It is a medicinal potion or aromatic preparation thought to have generalised curative or restorative properties.
The word elixir was not used until the 7th century A.D. and derives from the Arabic name for miracle substance, “al iksir”.
The main ingredient of an elixir is water (mineral water or spring water preferably).

For those of you aware of Dr. Masaru Emoto, you will know that he studied the effects of human consciousness on the molecular structure of water.
Very simply put, water can hold the energy of its surroundings and what is put into it, thus Crystal Elixirs made by putting a crystal in or near water (some crystals are toxic and others friable so should never be put directly into the water).
Also, Flower essences and you can put different energies such as a Homoeopathic Remedy into water by creating a circle on a clean piece of paper, writing the name of the remedy & strength in the circle and then placing the glass of water over it.
This also works by using words such as Love, Healing, Energy and more (keep the words positive).
How you are feeling can also affect the water you drink, as you hold the glass or bottle in your hand.
On average our body is 60% water, with our skin being 64%, our muscles & kidneys 79% and our brain & heart 73%.
Think about that for a minute, if water is that susceptible to the energy in and around it, what affects do our thoughts and feelings have on our body.
What do you think about, what energies are flowing around your body?
Love is the greatest healer, the more love you feel for yourself, the more the Elixir of Love flows around your body, helping to heal and restore it.
The picture was taken by my mother at St. Nectans Glen in Cornwall, Orbs seem to be attracted to water, maybe that is also why they are attracted to people – food for thought.
