Bravery

Bravery can be as simple as:

Getting up in the morning

Stepping outside your front door

Walking into a shop

Going into work

Answering the phone

 

Bravery is having the courage to:

Say “No”

Set boundaries

Be true to yourself

Step into your healing journey

To live your life

 

Let go of the hurt & pain of past experiences

Open the door to New experiences

Step outside your comfort zone

 

Bravery is:

Opening up to your past

Allowing yourself to feel

Telling your story

Letting yourself heal

Forgiveness

Gratitude

Taking one step at a time

Resting

Taking care of yourself

 

Bravery comes in many forms

It is not I can save you

It is the small daily actions

The things we do to get through the day

 

This is your journey, your life

What is brave for others may be simple for you

What is brave for you may be simple for others

Remember we are all unique

We have our own challenges and strengths
